What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of exercise evolved from the principles Joseph Pilates. Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength from within without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.
Pilates improves strength and balanced muscle development as well as, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.
This class uses a floor mat and will stretch, strengthen and tone your body without adding bulk or stressing the joints. All levels are welcome.
